120 TPH Basalt Crushing Plant in Indonesia

This 120 TPH modular plant in Indonesia produces premium basalt aggregates for local concrete and construction projects. The customer required a solution capable of processing pre-crushed basalt—up to 40 mm feed—into two precisely graded fractions (0–5 mm and 5–10 mm) with excellent cubical particle shape and minimal fines.

The modular VSI8518 serves as the tertiary crusher, operating in rock-on-rock configuration to deliver superior particle shape while effectively managing wear costs associated with abrasive basalt. Wear life has proven consistent with expectations for this application.
