This 300 TPH granite crushing plant in Ghana was designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality construction aggregates in the region. The customer required a reliable, efficient solution capable of processing large feed sizes—up to 600 mm—into five specification grades for local building projects, including 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, 20–30 mm, and 30–40 mm fractions.

The line adopts a three-stage crushing configuration. A primary jaw crusher reduces run-of-quarry granite to a manageable size, followed by the HST160 cone crusher for secondary crushing. The HPT300 cone crusher then performs tertiary crushing to produce the required final aggregate sizes.
