Radial Stacker
Built on a pivoting wheel assembly, it swings in an arc to create multiple stockpiles from one feed point. Its key advantage? Mobility without tracks. You can reduce segregation, minimize dust, and form larger, consistent piles with fewer repositioning moves. Ideal for stockyards where space is tight or material grades change often.
Fixed Stacker
Stationary and robust. It follows a straight discharge path, forming a single longitudinal pile. Best for high-volume, continuous operations with dedicated material streams. Lower maintenance cost and simpler controls, but it lacks versatility—reclaimers or front-end loaders are needed for pile relocation.
